Can my child join a snorkeling tour at Silfra?

Children need to be at least 12 years of age on the year and at least 45 kg / 99 lbs.

Our experience has shown that children under 12 years old often do not meet our height and weight requirements which means that we do not have a dry suit that fits them.

If you have a child that meets the minimum height and weight requirements but is under 12 years old, then we suggest you bring the child in for a fitting. Please contact our office via the e-mail dive@dive.is to set up a fitting.
