I have a payment problem, I can't pay on the website, what can I do?
If there is a problem with payment on our website the most likely reason is that your card has been flagged due to unusual activity or a large amount coming from a foreign country. We suggest you start with contacting your bank and check if your card has possibly been flagged.
If that is the case, you can simply try again on our website.
If it, however, does not work we have two options:
- We may be able to manually capture the pending payment. If we do, we can set up a booking for you manually and use this payment's details for it.
- We set up the booking manually and then send you a payment link for the total amount.
